1. Register prior to bidding. Must be 18 years old to bid. Must provide a valid credit card to be approved for bidding.

 

2. Bids cannot be retracted once placed.

 

3. Sales Tax: NJ state sales tax of 6.625% will be applied to the FULL purchase price including the buyers premium. Bidders who provide a valid NJ ST-3 Resale Certificate will avoid paying sales tax.

 

4. Buyers premium will be 15% for cash/check. An additional 3% processing fee will be applied if paying via credit/debit cards. We accept all major credit cards. Auction House reserves the right to hold merchandise until check clears. A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.

 

5. Successful bidder is responsible for making payment within 24 hours of auction. Once an item is declared sold, Auction House cannot reopen bidding. No items may be removed until entire invoice is paid in full. Auction House reserves the right to resell buyers lot(s) if full payment is not received within 48 hours of end of auction.

 

6. Photos are only used as a guide and may not show every flaw and is subject to errors and omissions. The Auction House descriptions are made to the best of our knowledge with no guarantees/warranties. Visual inspection of the items are highly encouraged prior to bidding.

 

7. “AS-IS”: all items up for bid are sold As/Is, Where Is with no warranties or guarantees. All descriptions are deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Buyer understands and agrees to no refunds, exchanges or adjustments. All items listed for auction are not subject toprior sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! NO REFUNDS!!

 

8. Auction End Times: Bids placed within the last minute will extend the auction so 1additional minute is added to the remaining time.

 

9. Technical Issues: Auction House reserves the right to extend bidding or close bidding at any time due to any technical issues.

 

10. Reserve bids are a value set by the seller. Auction House reserves the right to call a “no sale” if the reserve price is not reached. The seller or anyone acting on behalf of the seller are NOT allowed to bid on the item. Any bidder participating in such activity will be banned from future auctions and will be subject to legal action. Any inventory not
claimed or picked up within 7 days of the auction will be assessed a per day storage charge of $10.00/day. After 30 days the inventory will be considered abandoned.

 

11. Liability: All persons attending, inspecting or removing merchandise assume all risks whatsoever of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auction House and Seller from liability; therefore Auction House and Seller shall not be liable by reason of any defect in condition of the merchandiser premises on which the sale is held. Any bid signifies acceptance of these Terms.
